I think the problem is that - the list can get too long. So if there's a priority ability like next, now and later - the list items can fit under these. And/or the abillity to hide or drop down items into a next, now or later or a priority name that would be really great. Basically the idea is to decrease the sensory of it looking or being overwhelming looking and to help prioritize the list.
